SHOP AT ptula.com HERE'S THE WORKOUT: ** PLEASE NOTE: - Each single leg move will be repetitions for each leg - Your choice of repetitions should correlate with the amount of weight you are pushing/pulling/lifting. This will be relative to each of you. EXERCISE 1 : Perform slow repetitions of 8-12 | Perform 1 leg ONLY and go into EXERCISE 2 for the same leg. Then perform the last leg for EXERCISE 1 and EXERCISE 2. EXERCISE 2: Perform moderate speed pulses for 6-10 repetitions EXERCISE 3: Perform 8-10 repetitions slowly | Each leg EXERCISE 4: Perform 12-15 repetitions | Focus on getting a nice stretch in those hamstrings and using them (as well as your glutes) to pull your upper body back to an upright position EXERCISE 5: Perform 6-10 super slow repetitions. Squeeze your glute of the raised leg behind you for a greater burn in your booty! Focus on one spot on the floor to assist with your balance and coordination EXERCISE 6: Burn out! Complete as many reps as possible! Complete EX 1 & 2 back to back for 1 set. Complete EX 3 for one set followed by the rest of the exercises. Then repeat 3-4 more times. Got it?
